Come get a taste of offshore sailing amongst the Windward Islands of the Caribbean! We are repositioning Panacea X from Antigua to Grenada, on her journey south for the summer (hurricane!) season. This provides a great opportunity to gain night sailing hours, offshore helming and navigation and about 300 nautical miles of warm water sailing.
Sailors should expect to participate fully in the running of the boat and will get experience with a wide variety of skills and conditions, with none of the stress of doing it on your own.
Pre-Requisites
Sailing experience to a Competent Crew level is required, but to a Day Skipper level is recommended.
Logistical Note
Crew will join the boat at Antigua Yacht Club in Falmouth on the morning of May 5. Crew will depart the boat at Port Louis Marina, Grenada on the evening of May 9.

About life on board
This week is an offshore delivery, with the ultimate goal to get Panacea X safely to Grenada on schedule. We may put in one or two rest stops along the way, depending on conditions, but are unlikely to get ashore on these stops.
One thing this offshore mileage builder is not, is a luxury passenger vacation. Your skipper cannot do all things every day, so it’s important to come ready to pitch in and help with all the day- to-day tasks necessary to keep the boat neat and tidy and everyone fed and happy. Everyone should be prepared to take a turn preparing a meal, taking care of dishes, tidying up the cabin and we’ll work together to keep the boat ship shape throughout the cruise.
