Our final expedition of 2024 will take us from the bustle of St.Lucia to the friendly, fabulous island of Barbados: Panacea’s home for Christmas!
Will we sail in a straight line? Of course not! We'll be heading north from Rodney Bay in St.Lucia, exploring Martinique and perhaps points farther north… partly for the enjoyment of island hopping explorations and partly to set ourselves up for an optimal wind angle for an enjoyable 100+ mile offshore / overnight passage to Barbados.
Sailors should expect to participate fully in the running of the boat and will get experience with a wide variety of skills and conditions, with none of the stress of doing it on your own.
We’re offering a booking package discount for those who want to build some serious mileage AND do some fun racing before Christmas, check out details below!

About life on board
This week is an offshore delivery, with the ultimate goal to get Panacea X safely to Barbados where she will celebrate Christmas. One thing this offshore mileage builder is not, is a luxury passenger vacation. Your skipper cannot do all things every day, so it’s important to come ready to pitch in and help with all the day- to-day tasks necessary to keep the boat neat and tidy and everyone fed and happy. Everyone should be prepared to take a turn preparing a meal, taking care of dishes, tidying up the cabin and we’ll work together to keep the boat ship shape throughout the cruise.
